Scissors
Scissors cut path or sections where you click.
Ovals
Use this tools to draw normal or centered ovals or circles.
Outline
Outline draws a path inside or outside of selected path.
Rectangles
Use these tools to draw normal or centered rectangles. The corners can either be right angles or rounded.
Autotrace
Use this tool to automatically draw a path around a part of the template.
Freehand
Use this tool to draw a path. To erase a part of the path press Option and redrag over the path.
Needle
Use needle to insert manual stitches.
Pen
Use the pen to draw a path of lines and curves. Click for lines or drag for curves.
Width
Enter the width of the oval here.
OK
Click here to apply and close the dialog.
Cancel
Click here to close this dialog without having made any changes.
Default
Click here to insert default values into the dialog.
Contrast
This bar adjust the contrast between the colors in the template. Moving to the right decreases the contrast, moving to the left increases it.
Brigthness
This bar adjusts the brightness of the template. Moving to the right lightens the template, moving to the left darkens it.

Click here to show or hide the artwork.
Template
Click here to show or hide the template.
Memory
Click here to alternate between the number of unused kilobytes and the percentage of unused memory.
Memory
This panel shows the available memory. The shaded section indicates amount of memory used.
Distance and Angle
This panel shows the distance to and the angle of the pointer relative to the place from where you started dragging.
Relative Position
This panel shows the pointer’s position relative to where you started dragging from.
Position
This panel shows the position of the pointer. Units given in those chosen in Preferences.
Squared Caps
Click here to square end line caps as shown on left.
Beveled Joins
Click here to bevel joins. See example on left.
Mimimum Length
Enter here the minimum length of the stitches.
Use this popup menu to select various view scales.
This is the worksheet. Double click to fit the document into the window.

Provides the current scale of the view. For example if the scale is 200% then the view is two times that of the actual document. Click to change the scale.

Legend provides hints and helpful information as you work.

Click here if you want to sew the given color with this needle.
Stop Code
Click here if you want to insert a Stop code instead of a Needle Change code.
Shear
Changes the inclination of the selection. Use Option for a dialog.
Reflect
Redraws the selection to its mirror image around an axis. Use Option for a dialog.
Rotate
Rotates the selection. Use Option for a dialog.
Scale
Scale enlages or reduces the size of the selection. Use Option for a dialog.
Zoom
Zoom enlarges the view of the document. You can also drag to select a particular area. Use Option to reduce.
Measure
Measure finds the distance and angle between two points.
Hand
Hand moves the document in the document.
Pointer
Pointer selects or changes items. Use Shift to extend the selection.
